Barre3 is a blend of barre, pilates and yoga, and we deliver a dynamic 60-minute workout that emphasizes mind/body connection, a deep satisfying muscle burn, and a heart pumping endorphin high – all in one! Barre3 does not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to exercise. Instead, we empower each individual to adapt postures and develop body awareness for lasting results. All levels, ages, etc welcome! (Please wear clothing that is comfortable to move in.)Dana Harshaw will be teaching the Free 30 minute class.
